How does the Refer a Friend Bonus scheme work?
Who do you know that loves making a connection with people?
When you have their permission, simply pass on their details to your Manager or ask your friend to fill out the “Register your interest” form below. Your Manager will do the rest!
How is the bonus amount calculated?
The final Refer a Friend Bonus amount that you’ll receive is linked to the weekly hours of your friend – the new employee – it has no bearing on you as the referring employee. For example, if you work part-time and you recommend somebody who works full-time, then you will receive the full-time bonus payment.
When and how will I receive the bonus?
Once you have referred somebody, and they have been appointed and start within the dates above, you’ll receive your Refer a Friend Bonus in two parts. You’ll receive half the bonus in your pay after one month of them joining, and you’ll receive the other half after your friend has completed the first three months of employment. Bonus payments will be paid into your bank, minus tax at the usual rate.
