Joyce Grant is Bromley Park Care Home’s Training Assessor and she says, “We are one big happy family, I love working here.”
“The best thing about working at Bromley Park is the people; the people we support and the people we work with. What I most enjoy is spending time with the residents, it brings me great joy. I also feel great pride when helping the staff develop, and helping them to support our residents.
Over the years there have been many positive changes in the Home. Most recently, it’s been the training and development that has had the greatest effect for me personally. I have completed lots of training throughout my years at Bromley Park Care Home. My promotion to Training Assessor has enabled me to fully support the care team when completing their care certificate training, and with their moving and positioning skills.
I’m really proud to support our team; I am looking forward to watching them grow and develop even further.”
