Nikolina Sirakova works as a Senior Care Assistant at Bromley Park Care Home. Here’s what she has to say about her role:
“Throughout my time here I have completed lots of training; the one that has helped the most with my development is my Health and Social Care Diploma.
I am proud of what I have achieved at Bromley Park; my recent promotion to Senior Care Assistant has enabled me to learn more about our residents’ care from a different perspective and support them with medication and care planning.
I have seen a lot of positive changes in the Home, and the Nurses and Carers work really well as a team. The team are supportive of each other and we all work well, in the best way, to care for our residents. The Managers are supportive; it’s always nice to see the Senior Team from Head Office as well – everyone strives for the best care for our residents.
The thing that brings me the most joy about working at Bromley Park is caring for our residents. I really enjoy working with and supporting them when they need us the most. It is a privilege to care for them.”
