“I have worked a wonderful diverse range of roles throughout my time here. Since joining the Home in September 2019, I have worked as a Carer, a Chef and now I’m the Recreation & Well-Being Coordinator.
My team and Manager are fantastic! Working as part of a Care Home team is a very rewarding experience and his given me a new life perspective. I see the bigger picture of life, and I’m able to give from the heart.
I feel lucky to have receive lots of training including End of Life, The Daily Sparkle, St Christopher Namaste, Access to Health and Social Care, Access to Nursing and Human Science. I have more confidence in myself and my role, and I feel supported through the Home.
I am looking forward to completing my Access to Nursing course in 2022, then I plan to progress into Nursing to continue giving the best possible care to our residents.”
